WHEN WILL MY ORDER LEAVE?
Most orders will be dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Perth within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional time for embroidered products.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET MY ORDER?
All orders above $300 (excl GST) and delivered to metro areas are supplied FIS. Any additional freight incurred, which is not due to the fault of the supplier, shall be for the customer’s account.
All metro deliveries on orders below $300 (excl GST) will incur a minimum fee of $20.00 (excl GST).
Urgent orders over 5kg, or that require more than one airbag will incur additional delivery charges, which shall be for the customer’s account.
Orders for disposables and footwear over $500 (excl GST) are FIS to metro areas within Australia.
All orders for disposables and footwear under $500 (excl GST) are subject to a freight/small order charge. The supplier will nominate their preferred carrier and advise the freight cost to the customer prior to invoicing and dispatching the order. The customer may nominate their own freight company and provide us with their account details.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Purchases through the website can be paid on account (provided the customer has a credit account) or by a using a Credit Card / PayPal Transfer. Credit Card payments will not incur a surcharge if payment is made within 30 days of your statement, payments after 30 days will incur a 1.1% surcharge.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I CORRECT THIS?
Once your order is placed it is batched and then sent electronically to our distribution and dispatch centre for pick, pack and shipping. We use the latest in technology to enable us to process and ship orders promptly and in many cases it may only be a matter of hours from the time you place your order until the time it is shipped. Until your order is submitted to the distribution centre we can make changes to it, but unfortunately after this point we cannot change or cancel it. If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please RING us immediately on 1300 363 844 or alternatively you can e-mail our customer service team at email@example.com with your request.
DO I GET AN INVOICE WITH MY ORDER?
Yes, an Invoice is emailed when the goods have been shipped from our distribution centre and we also keep an Invoice on your account if required in the future.
CAN I ORDER FROM YOU IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?
We are only able to accept orders from adults over the age of 18 years. By purchasing on our website you are certifying that you are over 18 years old.
DO I GET TRANSIT INSURANCE ON MY ORDER?
Yes, full transit insurance is provided, so your order is covered every step of the way. We also offer full replacement of your product at our cost in the unlikely event your items are lost in transit.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders can be tracked given your consignment Number, which is emailed to you once the goods have been shipped. We will also advise which freight partner was used, so you can easy visit their sites to track your order.
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Should you wish to return an item, please first contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page on the website to request a Merchandise Return Authorisation Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. All items must be returned to: PO Box 2188, Malaga WA 6944.
If a refund is granted then we will refund your purchase within 3-4 days of receiving the return. Your refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. If the product was ordered with a voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order. Please note that for approved refunds, delivery costs are not refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
EXCHANGESIf you would like to exchange your goods please contact us directly on 1300 363 844 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a RMA number. We will then recommend placing a new order on our website for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. Please note that NO returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
